Our registered address is at 44 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AL and VAT number is 706 9262 27. The content is updated and provided by the Turks and Caicos Islands.
These terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’) explain how you may use this website (www.redcross.org.tc the ‘Site’) which is provided to you free of charge.
You should read these Terms carefully before using the Site.
By accessing or using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the documents referred to in them.
If you do not agree with or accept any of these Terms, you should stop using the Site immediately.

All event registrations and orders for goods and services are subject to availability. Rights of third parties

These Terms are dated 20 April 2018. No changes to these Terms are valid or have any effect unless agreed by us in writing. We reserve the right to vary these Terms from time to time. 13. Jurisdiction and governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.These terms will not affect or prejudice your rights under the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
